What are your fees?
I work with many insurance companies, Employee Assistant Programs, and companies to provide affordable services. As with other medical care, you will be responsible for co-pays and deductible. I am also happy to work with individuals on a sliding scale when no insurance is available.
What is coaching?
Coaching is similar to counseling but with more of a didactic, educational bent. As a coach, I will help you identify specific goals and then help you to formulate a plan with that goal in sight. Coaching is set in the here and now rather than focusing on the past or the future.
Can I book an Intake Session?
I am happy to speak with you about booking an intake session. This session is designed so that both of us are able to gather information that will help us decide if my practice is right for you. Counseling and coaching practices are not ‘one size fits all’ and I am happy to offer a referral if my services are not right for you.
